If you’re looking to flatten your stomach quickly, there are a few things you can do. The first thing to do is get rid of processed foods and replace them with nutritious whole foods. So what this means is eating plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean protein sources, and healthy fats. I would also suggest making sure to get plenty of fiber, which will help keep you feeling full and help to reduce bloating. Finally, make sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. By following these tips, you should be able to start flattening your stomach in a week or two.
The second component to help flatten your stomach is to engage in regular physical activity. This can include things like joining a workout program, going for a walk or a run, doing strength training, or HIIT 3 days a week.
